North Mill Capital provided a $1.25 million asset-based revolving line of credit to Yurchak Printing. The funds were utilized to provide additional working capital for the company.
Yurchak Printing is based in Landisville, PA, and offers short-run digital book manufacturing services to the publishing industry, manufacturing and service companies, professional associations, government agencies, and colleges and universities.
North Mill Capital entered into an intercreditor agreement with the Small Business Administration allowing it to maintain a term loan in conjunction with providing a working capital facility. Yurchak Printing was introduced to North Mill Capital when its lender was unable to provide the working capital required to support the company’s projected growth.
