The comprehensive financing package is uniquely structured to maximize borrowing capacity, combining an accounts receivable factoring line with complementary loans secured by the company’s inventory and equipment.

nFusion Capital, a provider of financing solutions to small and middle-market businesses, provided an $8 million credit facility to a Midwest-based commercial printing company. The comprehensive financing package is uniquely structured to maximize borrowing capacity, combining an accounts receivable factoring line with complementary loans secured by the company’s inventory and equipment. This flexible capital injection significantly strengthens the printer’s liquidity position, providing the immediate financial agility required to support day-to-day operations and fuel its long-term growth and expansion strategies.

Facing increasing working capital demands, the company required greater liquidity than its bank was willing to provide. When the bank elected to exit the relationship, a trusted referral source introduced the company to nFusion Capital for its speed, flexibility and willingness to consider the company’s total asset composition to maximize borrowing availability. The team quickly structured and closed a scalable facility that addressed the company’s immediate and longer-term cash flow needs.

“This was an all-hands-on-deck situation since the company needed to replace their bank facility on an accelerated timeline,” Alexandra Scoggin, senior executive vice president of nFusion Capital, said. “Our team moved quickly to structure a customized financing solution and deliver additional liquidity by leveraging accounts receivable, inventory and equipment. The successful closing is a testament to the collaboration and dedication of our underwriting and operations teams. Thank you to all who enabled us to close in a timely manner.”
