nFusion Capital, a provider of financing solutions to small and middle-market businesses, provided a $6 million asset-based credit facility to a privately-held wholesale distributor and customization provider of premium vaporization hardware products. This flexible capital solution will fund immediate operational needs and position the business to capture new market opportunities.

Seeking to protect equity and avoid restrictive bank criteria, management partnered with nFusion Capital to structure a scalable, asset-based lending solution.

“nFusion helped provide the perfect balance of financing we required by pairing the appropriate amount of non-dilutive capital to our existing assets and providing a facility that expands with our growth,” the company’s CEO said. “This is a partnership that will greatly contribute to business success, and the service and attention we have received have been world-class.”

The newly implemented $6 million ABL facility unlocks hidden liquidity in the client’s current assets, enabling the wholesaler to capture immediate commercial opportunities and scale dynamically as its balance sheet grows.

“At nFusion Capital, our culture is built on partnering with visionary entrepreneurs to help them navigate their unique borrowing needs at every stage of growth,” Jason Lippman, founder and CEO of nFusion Capital, said. “While the team has built an incredible debt-free business, rapid growth naturally strains operational cash flow. We collaborated with ownership to determine the optimal financing structure, effectively transforming their working assets into flexible capital. We are proud to serve as their financial partner, providing the immediate agility needed to sustain their upward trajectory.”
