Nations Capital, an asset management and advisory firm focused on opportunistic investments and asset remarketing, launched all of its business platforms to its clients and customer base.

Nations Capital will partner with companies and clients across a range of commercial and industrial sectors, with a particular focus and expertise in finance, restructuring and insolvency. The company will provide capital, advisory services and infrastructure to guide clients and companies through change and growth.

Led by Ben Beasley, Tim Bowling, Jim Burke, Zac Dalton and Jim Lightburn, Nationals Capital will provide industry expertise in the following sectors: automotive, agriculture, apparel, aviation, construction, consumer products, energy, oil and gas, insurance, marine, material handling, mining, motorcoach, retail store inventory, specialized assets and transportation.

Nations Capital will seek acquisitions of assets or businesses in both healthy and distressed situations. Outright purchases, guarantees, commission-based engagements, distressed debt, DIP loans and opportunistic equity investments are included in its capital-based platforms. Nations Capital will seek investment opportunities up to $50 million, with the ability to execute larger transactions with its investor base.

Nations Capital also will offer asset remarketing experience to its client network seeking secure storage, servicing and remarketing of all types of equipment or inventory. The company has 170 acres and more than 700,000 square feet of indoor space at its headquarters in Ohio.

“We formed Nations Capital, Inc. to better serve our clients and customers in an industry in need of improved asset remarketing methodologies and solutions,” Nations Capital’s management team said in a joint statement. “Whether we are deploying capital into companies or assets, or offering our services on a fee basis, the process is the same. Our clients trust us to provide rapid, capital-backed solutions or take care of their assets as we do our own and advise them when and how to sell using new technologies, services and refurbishment offerings that enhance asset values.”
