Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper added Scott Moritz as managing director in the forensic, litigation and valuation services (FLVS) practice within the financial advisory services group, effective June 2026.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Moritz is a nationally recognized forensic accounting and investigative professional who advises boards, organizational leadership and outside counsel on white-collar crime, anti-bribery and corruption, and money laundering risk. Moritz will lead and expand EisnerAmper’s forensic accounting, complex investigations and compliance advisory capabilities.
“Scott has built a distinguished reputation across the legal, compliance, regulatory and law enforcement communities for his investigative acumen and ability to design and remediate complex compliance programs,” Allen Wilen, partner and national director of EisnerAmper’s financial advisory services group. “These efforts have frequently led to successful resolutions with the US Department of Justice, the SEC and foreign regulators.”
Previously, Moritz served as an FBI Special Agent and a member of senior leadership at several prominent professional services firms, where he advised global organizations and their outside counsel on matters requiring investigative governance, forensic accounting analysis, regulatory compliance advisory and remediation. He subsequently founded White Collar Forensic, an investigative, forensic accounting and compliance advisory firm serving clients globally.
“This move gives clients access to expanded resources and scale, while still preserving the hands-on, relationship-driven approach that defines our work,” Scott said. “I’m looking forward to building on that foundation and continuing to assist clients who are facing some of their most difficult challenges and driving growth in white-collar crime investigations and forensic work across the U.S.”
