Monroe Capital increased the credit facility to Magneto & Diesel Injector Service (M&D) to support the acquisition of an automotive parts company. M&D is an existing portfolio company of Warren Equity Partners.
The automotive parts company is a provider of aftermarket and remanufactured components for heavy duty diesel engine repairs. M&D is an independent distributor and remanufacturer of aftermarket parts and components for maintaining and repairing diesel-powered engines. This acquisition will diversify the overall M&D platform from a geographical, customer and product portfolio position.
