Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Really Great Reading Company (RGR) by The Vistria Group.
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Maryland, RGR is a national provider of scientifically-aligned literacy curriculum for students in grades pre-K through high school.
