Monroe Capital Supports Renovus Capital Partners’ Acquisitions of K2 Services, Epiq GBTS and Forrest Solutions

Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisitions of K2 Services, Epiq Global Business Transformation Services and Forrest Solutions by private equity sponsor Renovus Capital Partners. Together, K2, Epiq GBTS and Forrest will combine to redefine how businesses mobilize, creating a scaled, integrated platform that serves as the operational backbone for professional services and legal clients, enabling them to focus on their core competencies.

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Chicago, K2 is a technology-enabled services provider, specializing in IT managed services, unified support and enterprise technology platforms for the legal industry. Epiq GBTS is a managed services provider offering business transformation solutions designed to help organizations optimize operations, enhance efficiency and achieve sustainable growth through innovative technologies and consultative approaches. Founded in 1976, Forrest is an outsourcing company, providing tailored workforce solutions to a range of industries.
