Monroe Capital led the debt financing and made an equity co-investment to support the majority recapitalization of CST Academy (CSTA) by Golden Bear Partners.

“We are excited to partner with Monroe Capital on this investment. Their ability to provide flexible debt and equity capital, and their experience working with independent sponsors made us confident they were the right partner for us and CSTA,” Michael Fisher, founder of Golden Bear Partners, said. “This partnership will support CSTA’s mission of delivering exceptional clinical care to children and their families, and will enable the company to thoughtfully expand its reach to serve more families in Chicagoland and beyond.”
