Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Bellpark Horticulture by AdeptAg, an existing portfolio company of LLR Partners.

Bellpark is a distributor and service provider of greenhouse and nursery automation solutions to a diversified base of more than 400 customers across North America. Bellpark works together with its vendor base to provide a single part, machine or turnkey project to customers in the agriculture industry. The addition of Bellpark further expands the contiguous geographic footprint and aligns with AdeptAg’s continued growth strategy.
