Bowie Acquisitions completed a $110 million revolving credit facility with Mizuho Bank and MUFG.
The proceeds of the financing were used to consummate Bowie’s acquisition of a 25% equity interest in Dominion Energy, Cove Point LNG facility.
Bowie was recently acquired by Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
In conjunction with the transaction, the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis counseled Brookfield Super-Core infrastructure partners on an issuance by bowie of $1.325 billion of senior secured notes pursuant to a private placement under Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933.
