Frank Marsicano has joined CIBC as managing director within the asset-based lending group, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience. Marsicano will focus on originating new senior ABL financings for middle market companies — including emerging brands, growth businesses and turnaround situations — in the Northeast region. His mandate includes supporting acquisitions, refinances, recapitalizations and turnarounds.
Marsicano holds a B.S. from Manhattan University and offers deep expertise in ABL, factoring and cash flow lending. Prior to joining CIBC, he served as head of new business originations for the ABL and factoring team, as well as head of syndications at IDB Bank, covering a national footprint. He is an active member of SF Net NJ, TMA NJ, ACG NJ and the Needlers Foundation Committee.
