Mid-market investment bank Lincoln International represented LaSalle Capital in its sale of Avtex Solutions to investment firm Norwest Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Over LaSalle’s ownership period, the company developed an operationally-focused strategic plan, bolstered by multiple strategic acquisitions.
