Lighthouse Provides $2.75MM Credit Facility to Manufacturer & Distributor of Plant-Based Pest Repellants

Lighthouse Financial completed a $2.75 million revolving line of credit to a New Jersey-based manufacturer and distributor of all-natural pest repellants. Due to balance sheet leverage, the existing bank would not increase the company’s line of credit to support growth and suggested the company seek alternative financing. Lighthouse structured an aggressive line of credit secured by accounts receivable and inventory that not only paid out the bank completely but provided significant additional liquidity.
