Kaplan Joins Fox Rothschild Restructuring Group

Bryan S. Kaplan has joined Fox Rothschild in Atlanta as a partner in the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department.

Kaplan has a particular depth of experience in handling commercial creditors’ rights before state and federal courts in Alabama and Georgia. He also represents clients in a range of commercial litigation matters involving collections, construction, employment, insurance contracts, personal and real property and secured lending.
