InterNex Capital entered a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Utech Global. Under this digital partnership, Utech’s GPSTab and TMS platforms will be integrated with InterNex’s Velocity platform to provide a comprehensive turnkey solution for Utech’s clients looking for a better solution to manage their transportation business while optimizing their working capital.

Utech Global is a provider of transportation management software and electronic logging device solutions to transportation companies across the United States and Canada.

InterNex Capital is a digital provider of invoice financing and working capital management solutions to small and medium sized businesses through their Velocity platform.

“We are always trying to innovate to bring better solutions to our clients,” Yuriy Nekrasov, CEO of Utech Global, said. “When we met InterNex, we realized we both have the same goals of leveraging data to bring more insight, and therefore a better product and better experience for our clients. Integrating our systems is one plus one equals three.”

“We have provided our tech enabled invoice financing solution successfully to the transportation segment for the past few years,” Paul DeDomenico, CEO of InterNex Capital, added. “With technology integration with a world class company like Utech Global, we will take it to the next level: faster approvals, more availability, and a superior client experience. Our focus continues to be growth through digital partnerships.”
