RedRidge, a division of IMA Financial Group, unveiled a new brand identity, completing a transition to IMA Diligence Services. The rebranding reflects IMA’s capabilities in financial due diligence, lender diligence and transaction support, and reinforces its commitment to delivering advisory solutions and operational transparency for institutional clients nationwide.

The rebrand to IMA Diligence Services aligns with IMA’s broader innovation strategy, which integrates advanced analytics, expanded service capabilities and a unified brand experience across its financial services ecosystem.

“This brand rollout is more than a name change — it’s a signal of our continued investment in talent, technology and client services. By integrating within the IMA brand, we strengthen our diligence platform and position ourselves to deliver more value to clients who are navigating complex financial transactions,” Cory Ryan, president of IMA Diligence Services, said. “We’re building on RedRidge’s legacy while expanding our reach and relevance in today’s financial services landscape.”

Amanda Roberts, executive vice president – business development of IMA Diligence Services, added, “Our goal is to provide a cohesive, aligned approach to the diligence process across transaction types. This rebrand further emphasizes the end-to-end solution of our diligence offerings at IMA so we can provide clients with increased clarity and confidence.”
