The International Factoring Association (IFA) conducted its biennial survey to uncover critical insights into how factoring firms operate and conduct business.
“This year, we’re excited to introduce a new compensation section to the survey, providing participants with even greater value and actionable insights,” Tania Daniel, executive director of the IFA, said. “Understanding how other factoring firms structure salaries and overall compensation is an essential advantage for attracting and retaining top talent in today’s competitive market. Success in any business hinges on effectively managing expenses, personnel, technology and cash flow. Having the ability to benchmark your firm against similar companies offers invaluable guidance to stay ahead.”
Only factoring companies are able to submit data for the report. Responses must be submitted by Feb. 7, 2025. For more information and to fill out the IFA Survey Report, visit www.factoringsurvey.com.
