HYPERAMS Announces Online Auction of Calibre

byIan Koplin
May 26, 2021
in News

HYPERAMS will conduct an online auction of assets pertaining to a complete liquidation of Calibre, a provider of paint solutions for a motorcycle manufacturer. The assets are located in three facilities, two of which are located in Grafton, WI, and one of which is located in Saukville, WI.

The online auction will include multiple paint systems installed as recently as 2017, among other assets. The paint systems are available for sale prior to the online auction date. Equipment highlights include automated pass-through paint systems, wet-spray paint systems, paint mixing systems, paint guns, flash ovens, drying ovens, power and free chain conveyors, wash systems, centrifuges, robotic automation and air compressors. The auction will also include rolling stock, material handling, secondary operation machinery and plant support equipment.

“This offering presents a great buying opportunity for those companies looking to add a paint solution to their current suite of services, add to their current paint solutions capacity, or replace older equipment,” Tom Pabst, president of HYPERAMS, said.

“The Calibre sale represents a very diverse offering of assets that can be utilized in a wide range of industries. There is something for everyone at this sale,” Jake Josko, assistant director of auction services at HYPERAMS, said. “The buildings are also available for sale if anyone is interested in a full-service, turnkey buying opportunity.”

HYPERAMS is conducting the online auction of the assets through the industrial auction platform, Bidspotter. Bidding for the auction is now open and lots will begin closing on June 8 at 9 a.m. CST. Inspections will be conducted on June 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST by appointment only.
