Huntington Business Credit closed a $35 million credit facility with Sports Endeavors. Sports Endeavors is a new portfolio investment for Seawall Capital, a private equity investment firm located in Austin, TX. Proceeds of the facility were used to finance the acquisition and provide ongoing working capital growth financing.
Sports Endeavors, headquartered in Hillsborough, NC, is a soccer-focused direct-to-consumer retailer providing soccer apparel, gear, customized team uniforms.
