Hilton Global Associates appointed Heather Calabret-Morison as senior director of business development. Calabret-Morison brings extensive experience in enhanced due diligence across private markets, working hand-in-hand with compliance professionals, legal teams and investment professionals throughout the deal lifecycle.

In her new role, Calabret-Morison will focus on expanding and strengthening institutional client relationships while ensuring that clients receive high-quality, defensible insights to support critical decision-making. Her background spans private credit, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs readiness, helping clients proactively manage risk at every stage of a transaction.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Heather over the years and have seen firsthand her commitment to excellence, integrity and exceptional client service,” Melissa Kelley-Hilton, founder and CEO of Hilton Global, said. “Her approach aligns seamlessly with our market-driven delivery model and our dedication to a truly client-centric experience. We’re grateful she chose Hilton Global as her next professional home and are excited for the value she will bring to both our clients and our firm.”

Calabret-Morison’s track record supporting both limited partners and general partners, balancing investigative rigor with commercial and compliance objectives, provides Hilton Global with a differentiated advantage in an increasingly competitive market. Her ability to bridge the needs of LPs, GPs and deal teams ensures that clients receive deeply sourced, investigator-led intelligence that strengthens confidence, accelerates decision-making and protects value across the investment lifecycle.

“I am truly grateful for this opportunity,” Calabret-Morison said. “Hilton Global is an exceptional firm, and I look forward to contributing to the team and serving our clients in meaningful, impactful ways.”
