Specialist bridge lender Hilco Real Estate Finance (HREF) provided an £8.3 ($10.7) million facility secured against a detached mansion home, located in the exclusive St George’s Hill gated community in Weybridge, Surrey._x000D_

The borrower required additional cash resources to invest in other parts of his business portfolio. Despite being a foreign national who owns the asset through a complicated legal structure, HREF was able to quickly and efficiently manage the transaction._x000D_
