Haynes Boone served as Texas counsel to Renesas Electronics America, a global provider of semiconductor solutions, in connection with Wolfspeed’s Chapter 11 restructuring. The restructuring plan took effect Sept. 29, 2025, following the entry of a confirmation order by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas on Sept. 8.
