in People

Guardian Capital Partners promoted Evan S. Fisher to vice president. Fisher originally joined Guardian in 2019 as a senior associate and most recently helped lead Guardian’s investment in Flat River Group, an eCommerce specialty distribution services provider. Fisher brings to Guardian a depth of knowledge in private equity and finance and has a robust set of skills in data analytics, business diligence and operations.

Most recently, Fisher worked for MPE Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on investments in family- and founder-owned businesses in the high value manufacturing and industrial services sectors. While at MPE, he evaluated and closed numerous platform investments and add-on acquisitions, assisted on the sale of Polytek Development and served as a board observer at Bettcher Industries and dlhBOWLES.

Previously, Fisher worked for Wells Fargo Securities in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he advised public and private companies on the structuring, underwriting, and execution of debt financings in support of leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and recapitalizations.

Located in the Philadelphia suburbs, Guardian Capital Partners is an operationally focused private equity firm that leads control-oriented investments in lower middle-market private companies with annual revenues generally between $20 million and $100 million and EBITDA generally between $3 million and $9 million.
