Karina Davydov has been appointed as senior vice president ABL, healthcare originations at Greystone Monticello. Formed in 2021, the Greystone Monticello joint venture provides a wide range of bridge financing options and asset-based lending in the multifamily and seniors housing industries._x000D_

Davydov brings more than 20 years of healthcare lending and banking experience including asset-based lending, with a focus on the healthcare industry, most recently in her role as managing director at SLR Healthcare ABL. She will help strengthen Greystone Monticello’s working capital and asset-based lending offerings and will work with our team to help identify new opportunities as we expand our platform._x000D_

Davydov will be based out of Chicago, working with Kim Gordon, senior managing director, and head of the Greystone Monticello Chicago office._x000D_
