Bradley Crawford joined Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused commercial finance company specializing in middle-market lending, as managing director of originations. Crawford will be based in Texas and is responsible for expanding the firm’s origination efforts throughout Texas, plus the surrounding states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma.

“We are happy to welcome Bradley to the team,” Stuart Armstrong, CEO of Great Rock Capital, said. “Bradley’s extensive lending and credit expertise will bring immediate value to drive our continued growth across Texas and the surrounding area.”

Crawford joins Great Rock with more than 30 years of experience in middle market lending and investment management. For more than 20 years as a senior lender, he held origination and portfolio management positions for commercial lenders including PNC, GE Capital, HSBC and National Bank of Canada. Most recently, as a managing director at Apex Partners, Crawford was an adviser to middle market operating companies, and before joining Apex, he co-founded Fortitude Capital, a family office, where he originated and managed a portfolio of equity and subordinated debt investments in the lower middle market.

“I am excited to join the team at Great Rock, and I look forward to leveraging my deal execution and lending experience to help support the ongoing growth of the firm,” Crawford said. “The bespoke structures offered by Great Rock will provide middle market companies across the Texas region with valuable financing solutions to boost liquidity and achieve their growth objectives.”
