Marty Gates joined Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease as a partner in the firm’s Cleveland office. Gates has nearly 30 years of experience helping clients complete complex commercial financing transactions.

During his career, Gates has represented some of the largest national and regional financial institutions and borrowers in finance matters. Prior to joining Vorys, he was a partner at Jones Day where he represented clients in a wide variety of financing transactions, including syndicated and single-lender financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, debt financings and real estate financing.
