Alejandra Garcia Earley joined the Chicago office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig as of counsel in the Corporate Practice, where she will be part of the Institutional Private Placement Finance Team. Prior to joining the firm, Garcia Earley was a senior associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York.
Garcia Earley handles financing, development and management of domestic and international power, energy and infrastructure-related projects, as well as other corporate matters. She also structures, drafts, and leads negotiations for transaction documents related to project finance, investment tax credit and mid and large cap leveraged transactions. She represents clients from a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, developers, sponsors, lenders and asset owners in the power sector.
