GACC, GA Group’s asset-centric lending platform, welcomed Jared Price as director. In this role, Price will oversee underwriting, credit risk and portfolio management, strengthening the firm’s core operational capabilities in providing flexible capital solutions to mid-market companies.

“We are delighted to welcome Jared to the GACC leadership team,” Eran Cohen, president and chief investment officer of GACC, said. “His deep industry expertise, particularly in managing complex credit risk and strategic initiatives, will be instrumental as we continue to scale our platform and deliver tailored financing to our clients.”

Prior to joining GACC, Price served as a director at BMO Bank, where he held key positions across originations, special asset management, underwriting and portfolio management. During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving growth, managing credit risk, specializing in foreign collateral and leading various strategic initiatives across the commercial bank.

Previously, Price was a senior manager in Riveron’s transaction services group, focusing on field exams and quality of earnings. He also held a senior role in the transaction services group at KPMG and began his career in audit at Deloitte. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in finance and a BS in accounting from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
