Funding Circle has loaned more than $10 billion to small businesses globally through its platform in less than a decade.

Over the last nine years, Funding Circle has facilitated loans from more than 90,000 investors to 72,000 small businesses. Today Funding Circle manages a loan portfolio of $3 billion (£2.5 billion) in the UK and $1 billion in the U.S., plus an additional $175 million (€156 million) and $129 million (€115 million) in Germany and the Netherlands, respectively.
Not only was Funding Circle the first lending platform anywhere in the world to have facilitated more than $1 billion across two markets, but within the U.S. the company holds more small business loans outstanding than almost 98% of banks.
