Franklin Capital, an A/R, PO, and stretch financing company, promoted Steven Damon to senior vice president of operations and A/R department head.

In his new role, Damon will oversee accounts receivable deal vetting, intake and administration, while continuing to play a key role in managing operational processes that support Franklin Capital’s financing services. As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, he will help guide operational strategy and support the firm’s continued growth.

Damon has been an integral part of the Franklin Capital team, contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and client service capabilities. His understanding of deal structuring, underwriting processes and portfolio administration has helped streamline operations and ensure strong support for both clients and referral partners.

“Franklin Capital has always focused on building a team that combines operational expertise with a commitment to service,” Gary Edidin, CEO and chairman of Franklin Capital, said. “Steven’s promotion reflects the leadership, diligence and operational insight he brings to our organization every day. His contributions have been instrumental to our success, and we’re excited to have him step into this expanded role.”

Damon added, “I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Franklin Capital. Our team has built a strong foundation focused on responsiveness, collaboration and delivering solutions that help our clients succeed. I look forward to contributing further in this leadership role and supporting the continued expansion of our services.”
