Franklin Capital Network, a provider of flexible working capital solutions to growing businesses, added Gammie Chung as vice president, head of A/R administration. Chung brings 20 years of commercial finance experience to Franklin, with extensive expertise in factoring, asset-based lending, credit, underwriting, portfolio management and client relationship strategy.

In her new role, Chung will oversee Franklin’s accounts receivable administration function, working closely with the company’s operations, credit and client service teams as Franklin continues to expand its portfolio and financing capabilities.

“Gammie brings the combination of deep industry knowledge, strong credit discipline and a client-focused approach that is incredibly valuable as we continue to grow,” Gary Edidin, chairman and CEO of Franklin Capital Network, said. “Her experience managing complex portfolios and working across credit, operations and relationship management makes her an excellent addition to our leadership team. We’re excited to have her at Franklin and look forward to the impact she will have on both our clients and our organization.”

With 20 years of commercial finance experience, Chung has held leadership roles spanning credit, underwriting, portfolio management, client service and operations. Most recently, she served as team leader at Republic Business Credit, overseeing credit quality, portfolio performance and strategic risk management for a $325 million-plus non-recourse factoring portfolio supporting more than 60 commercial clients.

“I’m thrilled to join Franklin Capital Network and become part of a team that has built its reputation around finding flexible financing solutions while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships,” Chung said. “I’ve spent my career balancing sound credit and portfolio management with responsive client service, and I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to Franklin as we continue to grow and support our clients.”

Chung is also actively involved with the Secured Finance Network (SFNet). She was selected as a mentor for the organization’s 2026 Mentorship Program and previously served as a panelist at its 2024 Emerging Leaders Summit. In addition, she is bilingual in Korean and fluent in Spanish.

“Adding experienced leaders like Gammie is an important part of preparing Franklin for its next stage of growth,” Edidin said. “As our portfolio expands, we want to make sure we continue providing the level of responsiveness, expertise and personal attention that our clients and referral partners expect from us.”
