Franklin Capital Expands Leadership Team with Appointment of Damon as VP, Operations

Steven Damon brings over 26 years of experience in asset-based lending, factoring and audit, with a proven track record of managing $20 million-plus portfolios without losses and underwriting facilities up to $15 million.

Franklin Capital, a provider of factoring and working capital solutions, added Steven Damon as vice president of operations.

Damon brings over 26 years of experience in asset-based lending, factoring and audit, with a proven track record of managing $20 million-plus portfolios without losses and underwriting facilities up to $15 million. Known for his expertise in operational leadership, risk controls, and client relationship management, he will be responsible for overseeing Franklin Capital’s operational processes, enhancing client service, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

“Steven’s deep industry expertise, operational discipline, and commitment to client success make him an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” Sue Duckett, chief operating officer of Franklin Capital, said. “His experience managing large, complex portfolios and building high-performing teams aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver flexible, innovative financing solutions for our clients.”

Most recently, Damon served as vice president of client operations at Eliant Trade Finance. His previous leadership roles include vice president, ABL/factoring manager at First Florida Integrity Bank and vice president, operations manager at Bibby Financial Services.
