The UK bank reached out to Franklin Capital because it was no longer able to support a U.S. subsidiary with its UK facility.
The second facility was for a media powerhouse. This company, the U.S. subsidiary of a UK-based enterprise, boasts partnerships with leading brands. Its rapid growth in the U.S. market necessitated additional funding beyond what could be provided in the UK.
