Fifth Third Business Capital provided a new $19.3 million senior credit facility to Lewisville, TX-based VIRA Insight. The facility consists of a revolving credit facility, term loan and capital expenditure facility.
Founded in 1996, VIRA Insight designs and manufactures fixtures and displays for brands in beauty, cosmetics, retail, technology and wellness. In addition, VIRA recently expanded its design and manufacturing capabilities to serve the medical and pharmaceutical markets.
The company is a portfolio company of Hudson Ferry Capital, a lower middle-market investment firm based in Rye Brook, NY, which invests in niche manufacturers, business services providers and outsourcing providers.
