Factoring Express Launches on XEN, Unifying Origination on One Platform

XEN continues to adapt the platform to how Factoring Express operates, focused on delivering a superior experience for their clients.

Factoring Express, a Florida-based factor offering same-day funding solutions, has launched on the XEN platform to manage all new client origination.

Before last month’s launch on XEN, Factoring Express used a legacy system for its transportation factoring deals, which was separate from its tools for general factoring. Through this partnership, Factoring Express has unified both transportation and general factoring on the XEN platform. The result is a faster path to funding and a foundation to enable greater scale as Factoring Express continues to grow.

“Finding a partner willing to listen to our feedback and continually iterate on their platform to better serve our business is invaluable, and that’s what ultimately led us to XEN,” Natan Krivorutskiy, co-founder and CEO of Factoring Express, said. “The XEN team was quick to build new capabilities based on our feedback and continue fine-tuning our platform setup based on early learnings. We can already see how impactful their partnership and the platform will be in helping us scale across all our lines of business.”

XEN continues to adapt the platform to how Factoring Express operates, focused on delivering a superior experience for their clients. For example, prospects now submit applications directly from the Factoring Express website, instead of the previous process of filling out a lead form and waiting for the team to follow up.

“A smooth intake for prospects sets the tone for the entire client relationship, which is what brought Factoring Express to XEN and what our platform delivers,” Alexander Kayfetz-Gaum, senior vice president at XEN, said. “The Factoring Express team stayed in the details with us the whole way, their input critical to building a strong partnership and fully aligning the platform to how they work across both transportation and general factoring.”
