Energage Names First Business Bank a 2023 Top Workplaces USA Award Winner

First Business Bank earned a 2023 Top Workplaces USA award, issued by Energage.

“For the second year in a row, our employees across the country voiced their opinions about working at First Business Bank and earned us a Top Workplaces award,” Corey Chambas, CEO of First Business Financial Services, parent company of First Business Bank, said. “It’s truly an honor, as we prioritize initiatives that build employee engagement and belonging to continue to attract and retain best-in-class employees. Thank you to every employee for your hard work, energy and contributions to First Business Bank’s success and making it a great place to work.”

The Top Workplaces program has surveyed more than 27 million employees since 2006, recognizing top organizations across 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards. The Top Workplaces USA program celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees based on 15 culture drivers critical to success. More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance, against industry benchmarks.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, said. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top workplaces do this and it pays dividends.”
