Encina Private Credit (EPC) served as the administrative and collateral agent on a senior secured credit facility supporting Kingswood Capital Management’s strategic investment in Soulshine Farms and Pearl River Foods.

EPC provided a first out tranche in the form of a revolving credit facility and a term loan.
