EisnerAmper Promotes Reiner to Chief People Officer

EisnerAmper promoted Lori F. Reiner to the newly created role of chief people officer. She steps into this role from her current position as the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Reiner will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge human resource strategies that align with EisnerAmper’s people-first focus. As the firm continues to build its national and international presence, she will work closely with the HR team to structure policies that continue to cultivate lifelong learning, personal and professional skill building, respect, recognition, collegiality and collaboration—all hallmarks of EisnerAmper’s culture.

“Our people are by far our greatest resource, so it’s tremendously exciting, as well as a great responsibility, being at the nexus of where staff development meets client service,” said Reiner. “In my new role, I will be focusing my efforts on maintaining a supportive culture for employees, building new avenues of career development at all levels, and further enhancing the overall employee experience.”

Paul Dougherty will succeed Reiner as partner-in-charge of the Philadelphia office, where he will oversee the continued growth of the practice, engagement with the local community and talent acquisition.

With the advent of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, Dougherty took a leading role in the EisnerAmper team charged with creating communications and educational programming on the impact of the legislation on businesses and individuals.

“I welcome the chance to build upon Lori’s tremendous legacy at the Philadelphia office,” said Dougherty. “And I look forward to working with staff, clients, business leaders and local organizations in the greater Philadelphia area to continue EisnerAmper’s growth and its role as a valuable member of the community.”

“This strategic move allows us to embrace and respond to the rapid marketplace changes at the client service, talent, geographic, technological and other levels,” said EisnerAmper CEO Charly Weinstein.
