Peterson has more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive tax consulting and compliance solutions for privately and publicly held companies. He advises clients on cross-border transactions, international tax planning, tax treaty matters, international taxation of financial services companies and tax-efficient structuring across multiple jurisdictions. His practice serves worldwide clients, ranging from startups to Fortune 50 and he maintains a strong network of global contacts. In his new role, Peterson will be responsible for growth, people and technology for international tax.
