Eclipse Business Capital provided a $101.2 million senior secured credit facility, consisting of an ABL revolving line of credit and term loan, to an automotive parts manufacturer. The credit facility is secured by accounts receivable, inventory and machinery and equipment. The transaction will refinance the company’s existing credit facilities and provide additional liquidity for working capital purposes.
