Eclipse Business Capital provided a $100 million senior secured revolving credit facility to BJ Energy Solutions.
The credit facility is secured by accounts receivable and real estate. The transaction was used to refinance outstanding debt and to fund capital expenditures needed for the growth and expansion of next generation fleets.
