eCapital Provides $50MM Factoring Facility to Staffing Company

eCapital, a tech-enabled finance provider specializing in tailored solutions for businesses across North America and the United Kingdom, completed a $50 million confidential factoring facility for a staffing company specializing in power and energy.

Facing financial challenges while expanding operations to meet the scale of its new contract, the company needed a funding solution that could adapt to its evolving needs. After being advised of eCapital’s expertise in staffing finance, the company engaged eCapital, which designed a confidential factoring solution, providing the working capital required for growth and contract fulfillment.

“Fluctuations in the staffing industry, particularly in the power and energy sectors, demand financial partners who truly understand the complexities of this business,” Tom Siska, head of sales, commercial finance at eCapital, said. “Our deep expertise allows us to craft flexible solutions that not only address immediate financial needs but also support long-term stability. We enable staffing firms to navigate their growth trajectories confidently, ensuring they have the financial agility necessary to sustain large-scale operations and focus on retaining top talent.”
