eCapital, a tech-enabled specialty finance provider serving small and midsize businesses across North America and the United Kingdom, appointed Nate Gilmore as head of strategic partnerships and integrations for its transportation group. Reporting to Melissa Forman-Barenblit, president, head of transportation group, Gilmore will lead initiatives to expand distribution, strengthen eCapital’s partner network and drive new revenue growth through platform integrations and strategic collaborations.

“At eCapital, partnerships play a defining role in how we deliver value and create new opportunities across our Transportation Group and the company as a whole,” Forman-Barenblit said. “Nate’s industry insight and his ability to build meaningful, results-driven connections align perfectly with our vision for the future. As we continue to evolve and expand how we work with clients and partners, his leadership will help translate those opportunities into measurable growth.”

Widely respected across the transportation and fintech sectors, Gilmore has spent more than 25 years shaping how partnerships, technology and operations intersect to drive performance. At TriumphPay, where he most recently served as senior vice president of strategic partnerships, he expanded the company’s partner network and advanced payments connectivity through collaboration with leading transportation technology providers. His career also includes leadership roles with The Refinery, Pegasus TransTech (Transflo) and Xerox Business Services, and he serves in the Colorado Air National Guard.

“eCapital’s momentum speaks for itself, and I’m excited to contribute to its next phase of growth,” Gilmore said. “The transportation group reflects that momentum, guided by clear purpose, vision and a focus on connecting innovation, technology and client outcomes. I look forward to helping build on that progress and continue strengthening our presence across the transportation market.”
