Earlypay Moves Invoice Finance Business Onto Lendscape Platform

Clients gain greater funding visibility, faster access to funds and a simpler digital experience, and Earlypay gains greater capacity to keep innovating for clients and the brokers who support them.

Earlypay completed a major technology transformation designed to make accessing and managing invoice finance simpler for Australian businesses and improve the experience for brokers referring their clients.

As part of the program, Earlypay partnered with Lendscape, a global provider of commercial finance technology, moving its invoice finance business onto the Lendscape platform and combining it with technology developed in-house. Clients gain greater funding visibility, faster access to funds and a simpler digital experience, and Earlypay gains greater capacity to keep innovating for clients and the brokers who support them.

Earlypay selected Lendscape in 2025 for its ability to consolidate three legacy systems onto one platform, support faster innovation and integrate with Earlypay’s own technology through APIs. Rather than adopting an off-the-shelf customer experience, Earlypay built its own solution combined with Lendscape’s receivables finance platform.

Its proprietary client portal facilitates integrations with cloud accounting packages such as Xero and MYOB, underpinned by the digital-first Lendscape platform.

For brokers, the change is designed to support a smoother experience after referral, while maintaining access to experienced people who can help structure and manage client funding requirements.

“Brokers want confidence that businesses they refer will receive a good experience,” Murray said. “That means being responsive, making funding straightforward to manage and giving clients visibility and confidence, while still having great people available when they need them. This platform gives us a stronger foundation to deliver both.”

With the migration complete, Earlypay will focus on new client and broker functionality, including greater automation, deeper integrations and the responsible adoption of AI.

“Completing the migration is an important milestone, but it isn’t the end point,” Murray said. “We can now automate more administration, improve integrations and develop new functionality quickly, while keeping the customer at the centre of those decisions.”

Brett Promisel, CEO of Lendscape, added, “Earlypay is the kind of lender we love working with, clear about what its customers need and willing to build for it. They’ve taken a genuinely customer-led approach to transformation, combining the robust, scalable Lendscape platform with technology developed for their own clients. We look forward to supporting the next stage of their growth.”
