WASHINGTON, D.C., ATLANTA, and MIAMI, April 7, 2025 ― Duane Morris LLP has announced that Andrew M. Tucker and Rebekah D. McCorvey have joined as partners in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in its Washington, D.C., and Atlanta offices, respectively. Senior associates Jon Anderson and Zalak Raval have joined the firm’s Atlanta and Washington, D.C., offices, respectively, and associate Ana García Bodán joined the firm’s Miami office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, the attorneys practiced at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.

The new attorneys enhance the scope of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, which is more than 200 attorneys strong. Their experience includes significant work in capital markets, SPAC transactions, and mergers and acquisitions serving clients in sectors including energy, fintech and life sciences.
