Deloitte Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to MDU Enterprises, ABP Digital, and Mad Comet, collectively doing business as Bulk TV & Internet on a recapitalization with Marlin Equity Partners.
Led by CEO Dave O’Connell, President Tom Conley, and COO Tim Conley, Bulk TV serves over more than 500,000 rooms across the country. The company custom designs, engineers, installs and supports turnkey television solutions including free-to-guest satellite television systems, IPTV platforms, over-the top-content delivery and commercial-grade televisions to hotels, health care, senior living and student housing properties nationally.
