Deloitte Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Detroit-based Buddy’s Holding Company (Buddy’s Pizza) on its partnership with CapitalSpring, a private investment firm focused exclusively on the branded restaurant industry.
The transaction closed Dec. 31, 2017.
Buddy’s Pizza has served Detroit since its founding in 1946 and has received a number of awards and accolades from notable food critics and media sources, including being named one of “America’s Top 5 Pizza Places” by The Food Network.
