Deloitte Corporate Finance, together with the UK division of Deloitte, acted as exclusive financial advisors to AGI Global Holdings and its subsidiary AGI-Shorewood Group (ASG) in their facility sale to Mayr-Melnhof Packaging, a manufacturer of folding cartons. The acquisition closed in October 2017.
A portfolio company of Atlas Holdings, ASG divested its European beauty and personal care operations facility based in Bydgoszcz, Poland, which it previously acquired from MeadWestvaco in 2014.

AGI-Shorewood Group provides print, packaging, retail display products and creative services for a variety of business segments, including health and beauty, pharmaceuticals, food and consumer.
