Davis Polk elected Jon Finelli, Ruben Henriquez, Beth LeBow, Stefani Myrick, Tierney O’Rourke, Jonah Peppiatt and Matt Yeowart as partners of the firm, effective July 1, 2025.
Finelli is a member of Davis Polk’s restructuring practice in New York. Finelli represents a variety of clients in a broad range of complex U.S. and cross-border financings, market-leading liability management transactions and in-court and out-of-court restructurings. He has significant experience representing both borrowers and creditors in leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, asset-based and asset-backed financings, public and private placements, direct lending and special opportunity transactions and debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
Henriquez is a member of Davis Polk’s finance practice in New York. Henriquez advises direct lenders in a wide range of private credit financings, including senior stretch and unitranche facilities, club financings and recurring revenue transactions. He also has significant experience representing major investment and commercial banks in secured syndicated first-lien and second-lien financings and cross-border acquisition financings.
LeBow is a member of Davis Polk’s corporate practice in Northern California. LeBow advises issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, private placements and debt and convertible debt offerings. She also provides advice to clients on public reporting, securities compliance and corporate governance matters. LeBow has experience across a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus on healthcare, life sciences and technology.
Johnson Myrick is a member of Davis Polk’s white collar defense and investigations practice in Washington, DC. Johnson Myrick’s practice focuses on government investigations and enforcement actions, with a particular focus on matters related to the enforcement of the federal securities laws. She has represented public companies, financial institutions, boards of directors and individuals in connection with investigations by the SEC, DOJ, CFTC and others concerning disclosures, accounting and internal controls. Johnson Myrick also represents clients in connection with confidential internal investigations. She advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, including the design of policies and procedures to mitigate insider trading and other securities law risks.
O’Rourke is a member of Davis Polk’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate practices in Northern California. O’Rourke advises U.S. and international clients on a range of private and public M&A transactions, including cross-border transactions. Her M&A experience includes mergers, securities acquisitions, carve-outs, majority and minority investments, joint ventures and activism defense. She also advises clients on securities and corporate matters, including debt and equity offerings, public company reporting and corporate governance. O’Rourke’s practice spans a range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology, fintech, life sciences and financial services sectors.
Peppiatt is a member of Davis Polk’s restructuring practice in New York. Peppiatt advises companies, creditors, lenders, hedge funds, banks and other strategic parties on a wide range of corporate restructurings, bankruptcies and liability management transactions. His work includes prepackaged and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, debt refinancings and exchanges and sale transactions. His representations span a variety of industries, including power, energy, retail, telecommunications, consumer products and aviation.
Yeowart is a member of Davis Polk’s antitrust and competition practice. Yeowart works across London and Brussels, with extensive experience advising on complex, high-profile global, U.K. and EU merger control and foreign direct investment reviews, as well as conduct issues and enforcement matters. He represents clients in cases before the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority, the European Commission and the U.K. Investment Security Unit and develops strategies for obtaining transaction clearances across international jurisdictions. He has also advised clients in relation to proceedings before the European Courts, the U.K. Competition Appeal Tribunal and the U.K. High Court.
